Legal Entity Disclosure
Pro Author Support is a brand name and registered DBA (Doing Business As) of Pen Craft Publishers. All services offered and transactions conducted through Pro Author Support are legally under the authority and responsibility of Pen Craft Publishers.

Copyrights
Pro Author Support operates under a philosophy that grants full content ownership to our clients. Once the final deliverables are provided and approved, you retain complete rights over the content. You may use the content in any way you see fit. Pro Author Support retains no claim or rights to your work post-delivery unless otherwise contractually agreed.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required in advance for all services rendered by Pro Author Support. The client is also responsible for any applicable taxes. No work will commence until payment has been received in full.

Revision Policy
Clients are entitled to revisions within a 14-day window from the date of initial delivery. Extensions may be granted in exceptional cases.
Revision turnaround timelines are categorized as follows:
• 24-hour urgent projects: Revisions within 24 hours.
• 24–48-hour projects: Revisions within 48 hours.
• Standard projects: Revisions within 72 hours.

Project Conditions
Before beginning a project, Pro Author Support will conduct an initial consultation with the client to clarify requirements. Any deviations from the originally agreed scope of services will be communicated and handled in accordance with the initial terms.

Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following structure:
• Before submission of any work: A full refund may be issued, minus a processing fee of $150 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is less.
• After submission but within 90 days: No refund will be issued.
• Change of Mind: No refund will be provided for a change of mind after payment.
• Partial Refunds:
◦ 75% of the purchase price is due if the manuscript has been delivered but design work hasn’t started.
◦ 50% refund applicable after design work begins but before final approval.
◦ No refund will be provided once the final work is approved.
Clients must submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of order completion if dissatisfied. Any refunds granted beyond this period will be at the sole discretion of Pro Author Support and may be prorated based on the work completed.

Terms of Use
All information, services, and materials provided through Pro Author Support are for informational and operational purposes only. No express or implied warranties, guarantees, or endorsements are provided.
We are not liable for damages or loss resulting from:
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the website or communications.
• Delays or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to or theft of customer information.
• Third-party claims arising from customer use of our services or breach of our terms.
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Author Support and Pen Craft Publishers from all liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) related to:
1. Your use of our services.
2. Violation of any rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
3. Breach of these Terms of Use.
This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Pro Author Support.
